How we assess this market
Aposta Wire covers a regulated market, so our method starts with the record: the SPA's published ordinances and announcements, the public register of licensed operators, and official channels. When we review something — a payment rail, a public register, a regulated product — we assess it against what the rules actually require and what a bettor actually experiences: licence status, withdrawal behaviour, the responsible-gaming tooling the framework mandates, and the readability of the documents consumers are told to rely on. Claims we cannot trace to a published source are attributed ("per the regulator", "per official channels", "the company says") rather than repeated as fact, and we never invent quotes, statistics, dates, or test results. Where the record is silent, we say so instead of filling the silence.
What we don't do
We cover operators licensed by Brazil's SPA only. We do not publish betting tips or "how to win" content, we do not run operator sign-up funnels or bonus codes, and we never frame betting as a way to earn money. Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice; it is journalism about a regulated market, written for adults.
What our scores mean
Scores run 0–10 and are judgments, not averages of sub-scores. A 7 means the thing works and carries real trade-offs we spell out. An 8 means it does its job well enough that the cons are worth reading twice before they change your mind. A 9 is rare and means we struggled to find a meaningful fault. Every review lists genuine cons — if we can't find any, we haven't looked hard enough.
Disclosure
Aposta Wire is a commercially supported publication. Posts that contain affiliate links, and posts that are sponsored, carry a disclosure with the post. Sponsored and affiliate links are marked as such in the page's code. Sponsors never see, edit, or approve editorial copy, and no score can be bought — see our advertising page for what is and isn't for sale.
Bylines
Aposta Wire publishes under house bylines maintained by the editorial team. Reviews run under the editor byline Rafael Duarte — a disclosed house pen name and the accountable editorial identity of this site; news runs under "Staff, Aposta Wire". We do not publish fabricated author biographies or invented credentials.
Corrections
If we've published an error — a date, a licence count, an ordinance number, anything — we want to know. Reach the editorial desk via the contact page. We correct promptly and note material corrections in the post.
